Dear Lord,
You know my heart—and also my mouth.
I try to be patient, but sometimes the words just fly out.
Bless those who test me, and forgive me for the colorful language I use when they do.
Help me to be kind, even when I want to scream,
And thank You for giving me creativity (even if it shows up in four-letter words).
I’m a work in progress, and You’re not done with me yet.
